Housing Planner

  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office)

We are seeking a Housing Planner to support the DLO repairs service as part of the ERD team. This role involves planning and scheduling appointments and programmed works across the division to ensure maximum productivity. The successful candidate will ensure that suitably qualified operatives are correctly and efficiently allocated at all times, supporting the management team in their operational activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan and schedule appointments and programmed works across the division.
  • Ensure maximum productivity by efficiently allocating suitably qualified operatives.
  • Support the management team in operational planning and execution.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to meet operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in operational planning, preferably within housing or repairs services.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software.
