Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Mentor to support students in primary schools across Enfield, North London. Role Highlights for a Behaviour Mentor:

- Location: Primary schools across Enfield, including areas such as Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Palmers Green.

Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor:
- Provide targeted one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive behaviour and emotional regulation skills.
- Work closely with classroom teachers to implement behaviour management plans and strategies tailored to individual students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel safe and confident to express themselves.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere for all students.
We're Looking For in a Behaviour Mentor:
- Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A calm, patient, and positive approach to mentoring students, with a focus on building trust and respect.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
