RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL
Our forward thinking client law firm based in Enfield is now seeking a Property Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing Dept.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year behind them and someone who has grasped the conveyancing and transactional processes, where you will be working in a structured and friendly team .
Duties; Onboarding new clients; opening files, sending out the initial client care letter, raising searches, completing legal forms etc., together with making Land Registry Applications and applying for Reqs & Searches etc, using a Case Management System (although induction will be given).
Skills and Requirements: Paralegal, Residential Conveyancing experience 6 months to 1 year. Attention to detail. Drafting Skills, Case Management Systems experience.
Salary INRO of £25,000 dep on exp.
Hours: 9.30am -5.30pm
Holidays : Standard plus bank holidays and extra days.
Start Date: ASAP
