We are currently seeking fully qualified Electrical Building Maintenance Engineers to join a prestigious property management company based in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems within a commercial building, covering both landlord and tenant areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Responding promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Carrying out inspections, testing, and repairs as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Liaising effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2, 17th/18th Edition).
- Proven experience in building maintenance, ideally within commercial properties.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
