Join a Leading Property Services Provider in Central London as an Electrical Building Maintenance Engineer!

Location: Central London
Shift Pattern: Days only, 4 on 4 off

We are currently seeking fully qualified Electrical Building Maintenance Engineers to join a prestigious property management company based in Central London. In this role, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems within a commercial building, covering both landlord and tenant areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Responding promptly to electrical faults and breakdowns.
  • Carrying out inspections, testing, and repairs as necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Liaising effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2, 17th/18th Edition).
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, ideally within commercial properties.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
