Mobile Plant Engineer

Our client is currently looking for a plant engineer to join their ever-growing family business with plans for expansion to open up more depots moving forward. This position comes with a competitive salary of between 40,000-50,000 for a 42.5-hour week with overtime paid at time and a half on top of this, company vehicle and socials events twice a year.

The ideal candidate will come from a background in the plant industry working on plant such as telehandlers, excavators, dumpers and rollers. This position is a 50/50 mix of working in the workshop based in Enfield and on a mobile basis for surrounding areas also.

This position requires a full driving licence.

• Service, repairs and maintenance to heavy plant such as excavators, telehandlers, dumpers and rollers up to 8 ton.
• This role is a combination of being based in the workshop in Enfield and travelling to site to attend breakdowns.
• Close knit family business with a good work atmosphere.

• Training courses are provided for you to further your career.

• Experience in the heavy plant industry.
• Qualifications in the plant would be beneficial but not essential.
• Full driving licence.
• Knowledge of petrol and diesel plant.
• Commutable distance of the depot in Enfield.
• Strong diagnostic skills.

• 40,000-50,000 salary dependant on experience.
• 7:30am-5:00pm (42.5 hour working week).
