A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Site Manager to oversee a 46-unit housing association residential scheme in Enfield. This is a Freelance position but a temp to perm arrangement is negotiable for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage fitout and finishing phases to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ensure H&S compliance and adherence to regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential projects.
- Strong fitout/finishing experience within housing schemes.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
