As a Recovery Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care in the theatre department.
- Covering a flexible shift pattern.
- Leading a team and making influential decisions.
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort during recovery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Participating in continuous professional development.
The ideal Recovery Nurse candidate will have:
- Registration with NMC
- 12 months of experience in a theatre setting (desirable but not essential).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
- Flexibility to cover various shift patterns.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach.
