We are seeking a skilled mobile service/ Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in maintaining and building air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in equipment repair and maintenance .
The role will include travelling to commercial sites around the M25 corridor maintaining Air con/AHUs in Hotels, Distribution centres, commercial buildings etc.
The candidate is to have a minimum of 5 years experience in AC maintenance (not looking for an installation engineer).
Ideally with experience working on Daikin & Mitsubishi Splits, Daikin and Mitsi VRV\VRF systems, AHUs, Airedale \ Denco Downflow Units in Comms Rooms.
Candidate also needs to have good fault finding knowledge \ experience on these systems.
NVQ L3 qualified or similar as a minimum.
Main duties are PPM \ Maintenance, Service, Reactive, Repairs to quoted works (not system \ unit replacements) etc.
Experience:
- Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance, repair, and installation
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics for air conditioning systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide a team of engineers effectively
On Call \ Standby – 1 in 6.
Included – Company Van (can be used for personal use ) Fuel Card, Phone, Tablet etc. Selected maintenance tools (hand tools not included)

25 Days annual leave per annum + bank holidays if not on call \ standby.
