Flour Miller Job Summary
As a Flour Miller, you will play a key role in ensuring our milling processes run smoothly. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain the milling equipment, ensuring that flour is processed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Flour Miller Responsibilities:

• Operate milling equipment, ensuring efficient and safe processing of grain.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements, including Health and Safety, Environmental, Hygiene, and Food Safety.
• Monitor the milling process to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine performance.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and continuous production.

Flour Miller Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous milling experience is required.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality production.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to machinery maintenance.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
