Electrical Supervisor Wanted!
Our client is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The Electrical Supervisor will be covering the North London areas, ensuring jobs are completed up to standard and getting hands-on where necessary. The Electrical Supervisor must have previous Supervisor experience or QS Card, along with EV experience.
Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Supervisor:
- Quoting domestic and commercial charge point work
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Provide technical advise to customers
- Collaborate with other departments ensuring smooth workflow and coordination
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Liaise with client's representatives and work colleagues
- Carry out duties as a Qualified Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and other team members
- Report to the Electrical contracts manager
Skills Required for the Electrical Supervisor:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671:2018
- 2391-52 Testing & Inspection
- Electric Vehicle Charging Experience (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 & AM2 or meet the requirements for NICEIC
- Previous supervision experience or Qualifying Supervisor
