Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant

Rate: 27 Umbrella P/H
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Integrated Learning Disabilities Service (ILDS) in Enfield. In this role, you will provide person-centered occupational therapy to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives within the community. Working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you'll conduct assessments, plan and deliver individual and group interventions, and liaise with social care and healthcare providers to support our clients' health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and interventions
- Collaborate with clients, families, and carers to set and achieve therapeutic goals
- Work closely with an integrated team, ensuring holistic care planning
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and MDT colleagues
