This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator who enjoys both hands-on casework and mentoring others.The successful candidate will oversee a busy caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, often acting on behalf of NHS Trusts, public bodies, and insurers. You’ll play a key role in supporting junior solicitors, contributing to strategic case planning, and maintaining excellent client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
