A large Primary Academy in Enfield are looking for a Maths Intervention Teaching Assistant to lead Maths groups in year 6 for the rest of the academic year.

The Role

In this Maths Intervention Teaching Assistant role, you will be based in year 6  to support students towards their maths SATS in the summer. You will work with small groups and some individual pupils throughout the day who are working below the expected level or at expected level but have the potential to achieve greater depth. The class teacher will provide guidance on areas of maths that the children need to develop and they will provide planning and preparing activities for the individual groups and providing assessments. 

The school are looking for a maths graduate or a TA with intervention experience in year 6 and can start immediately.

The role is offered on a full-time ongoing contract basis with an immediate start.
