Are you a Payroll specialist with experience with People HR or Paycircle systems looking to join an industry leading and rapidly growing company that are offering an exciting new opportunity to become a part of the finance team?

You will be processing payroll for employees, maintain records and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations and internal policies whilst also collaborating with HR and Payroll teams to ensure smooth operations.
This company have rapidly expanded and are looking to continue there growth, they have built an astounding reputation within the industry by providing an excellent and efficient service for their customers. They handle waste and residual products from the construction and civil engineering sector and converts them into resources through reuse, recycling or energy recovery.
This role would suit an ambitious Payroll specialist looking to join an industry leading company, where you will be set up to succeed from the off and become a valuable member of the team.
The Role:
- Process payroll for employees using HR and Paycircle systems
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records
- Resolve payroll related queries and issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and other documentation
- Collaborate with HR and Finance Teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Support audits and other regulatory requirements related to payroll
The Person:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role
- Experience using People HR or Paycircle Systems
