Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with challenging behaviour? We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in a North London secondary school. This is a long-term role, for someone looking for the next chapter of their career.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to develop individual support plans.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and SEMH in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability for full-time work.
