Milk Education is excited to partner with a number of primary schools in Enfield to recruit passionate and dedicated PPA Teachers. As we strive to maintain high standards of education, we are looking for an enthusiastic teacher to provide excellent cover for planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time across a range of primary school year groups.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience working in primary schools is preferred.
  • A strong passion for education and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students and staff.
  • A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different year groups and subjects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing high-quality teaching during PPA cover across a variety of subjects and year groups.
  • Delivering engaging lessons and activities that support students’ learning and development.
  • Ensuring students are motivated and stay on task during lessons.
  • Supporting the assessment and progress tracking of students during your teaching periods.
  • Working closely with class teachers to ensure a smooth transition for the students and continuity of learning.
