As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the Year 5 curriculum, fostering a love of learning and encouraging critical thinking.
• Support students in developing key skills in preparation for their transition to upper KS2.
• Plan and assess effectively, adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs and ensuring all pupils make progress.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the vibrant school community.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A reflective practitioner with a commitment to professional growth and the ability to contribute positively to the school ethos.
