Your Role as a Primary Teacher (Year 3):

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons for a Year 3 class, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters both academic and personal growth.
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall school ethos.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing tailored feedback to support learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing to the school's close-knit community.

We're Looking For in a Primary Teacher:

• A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS and experience in Key Stage 2 (KS2), ideally Year 3.
• An educator with strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external partners.
