Role Highlights for a Reception Teacher:
- Contract: 2-term maternity cover (January 2025 - July 2025).
- Location: Primary school in Enfield, North London.
- Salary: Competitive, based on the Main Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).

Your Role as a Reception Teacher:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework that foster children's curiosity and learning.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure that individual learning plans are in place and delivered effectively.
- Regularly assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed, and maintain open communication with parents and carers about their child's development.
We're Looking For in a Reception Teacher:
- Qualified teachers with QTS and experience teaching in Reception or Early Years.
- Teachers with a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework who are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of young learners.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic educators with a passion for early childhood education.
