Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a Year 4 class, following the school’s curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
• Work collaboratively with other teaching staff and the senior leadership team to ensure a high standard of education.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and ensuring individual learning needs are met.
• Support students’ personal, social, and emotional development both inside and outside the classroom.
• Ensure that the classroom is well-managed, with clear expectations for behavior and learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Year 4 or within primary school settings is desirable.
• A passionate, enthusiastic, and creative approach to teaching and learning.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• A commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with staff to meet the needs of all students.
