About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an outstanding school located in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the school's continuous success by supporting students across all year groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver group interventions and support in-class learning across all year groups.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Provide tailored support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
- Contribute to the school's positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience working in a school setting, preferably within a primary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the school.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
