Key Responsibilities - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

  • Work with students exhibiting challenging behaviour
  • Support students with SEN, ASD, and SEMH needs in both academic and social aspects

  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Work alongside a supportive team and contribute fresh ideas and resources

Ideal Candidate - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield

  • Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours (preferably in an educational or similar setting)
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A passionate individual who is motivated to make a positive impact on the community
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and react quickly in challenging situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in roles such as Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Specialist, Youth Mentor, Youth Worker, or even a prison officer may be beneficial
