Key Responsibilities - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield
- Work with students exhibiting challenging behaviour
- Support students with SEN, ASD, and SEMH needs in both academic and social aspects
- Provide guidance as a positive role model and mentor
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Work alongside a supportive team and contribute fresh ideas and resources
- React to situations in real-time, showing patience, empathy, and adaptability
Ideal Candidate - Behaviour Mentor - Enfield
- Experience working with young people with challenging behaviours (preferably in an educational or similar setting)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A passionate individual who is motivated to make a positive impact on the community
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and react quickly in challenging situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in roles such as Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Specialist, Youth Mentor, Youth Worker, or even a prison officer may be beneficial
Additional Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to commute to Enfield
