Job Summary
Working alongside all the contract managers assist in them collating the final accounts. Works will vary dependant on the contract, ranging from:
• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Maintenance
• Voids
• Various building works
Person Specification
• Wide experience of construction
• Experience of working on Local authority schedules of rates
• Experience of working on NHF6.2 and above
• Experience in scheduling of kitchen and bathrooms replacements
• Experience in repairs and maintenance
• Full Clean UK Driving License
• Experience of working on several contracts with differing schedules and % uplifts
• Be available to start asap
