In this role the successful candidate will work alongside the contract managers to assist with pricing home maintenance and adaptation works. This will be a field-based role with site travel across London and the home counties. There will the need for occasional office visits to Enfield as well.

The ideal candidate will be a quantity surveyor who has experience working with Schedules of Rates, in particular NHF 6.2 and above. They will also have experience working within the construction and/or engineering sector. They must have a full driving license and be happy to travel as well as occasional attend the office in Enfield.
