A reputable brickwork company in North London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with specific experience in brick and block work.
The ideal candidate should have a subcontracting background and be skilled in estimations and fulfilling job requirements.
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional site visits as needed.
Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational skills.
Salary for this role is negotiable based on experience, with a minimum requirement of several years in the field.

This role is from a reputable brickwork company in North London area. We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, with BRICK and BLOCK experience/knowledge specifically. Also, subcontacting background, that knows how to do estimations and the usual requirments to get the job done.

The candidate will be predominantly office based but will need to do site visits where neccessary.

This will be a fast paced position, so the ideal candidate will need to be able work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good organisation skills and knowledge of industry suppliers wil be usefull.

Salary negotiable based upon experience.
