We are proud to represent our client, one of the largest specialist home adaption companies in the UK. Our client is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on a range of projects across the South East. This role comes with a competitive salary package up to 50,000, a company vehicle, and additional benefits, including life insurance.
The Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the contracts managers to assist them in collating the final accounts. Works will vary dependant on the contract, ranging from: Kitchens, Bathrooms, various Building works & additional maintenance works.
Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
- Experience of working on local authority schedules of rates
- Experience in scheduling Kitchen & Bathroom replacements
- Experience repairs & maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Live within a commutable distance of Enfield
Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary up to 50,000
- Working Hours: Full Time, 8:00am-5pm
