SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PROPERTY DEVELOPER
LONDON - SALARY UP TO £85K
ABOUT:
- Property Developer based in North London
- Residential developments within the M25
- Longstanding business with an exceptional client base and Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Procurement of trade packages within budget and timescales set.
- Management and control of subcontract variations within budget.
- Accurate and timely cost reporting including cash flows.
- Concise reporting on risks and opportunities.
- Logical and auditable preparation of relevant documentation for valuation, procurement and commercial administration
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7-10 years proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within residential projects, specifically within London.
- Previous experience working with high rise and with RC Frame.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
OFFERING:
- Salary up to £80,000 - £85,000 depending on experience
- The company offers hybrid working, 4 days Office/Site and 1 days home (flexibility required)
- Car Allowance in addition of £7,250 per annum
- 10% Annual Bonus. and additional earning potential.
