TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessorson a6MONTHcontract startingASAPin/around the ENFIELDarea to surveyOVER 1500 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - Very Good Rates
Over1500properties to be surveyed -STOCK CON ONLY / STOCK CON AND EPCs.
Properties located in/aroundthe Enfield area (North London)
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED AND PAID!
6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
