A reputable property business is seeking a Receptionist to join the team based in North London. This is an office-based role so you will be expected to be on-site 5 days per week.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle incoming phone calls, schedule meetings, manage calendars and provide a range of administrative support. You will also support various essential functions including data entry, maintaining sensitive client information, managing boardroom bookings and ensuring office supplies are ordered as required.Â
In order to be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have strong written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and meticulous approach, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Â
