Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, specifically within the delivery or logistics sector of the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction project requirements and the logistics involved in the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing delivery personnel, demonstrating a keen eye for talent and a successful placement history.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
