TRC are currently working with a fantastic Complex Care company in London who have an exciting opportunity for you to take charge of their recruitment strategy and build a team of exceptional nurses and carers for their complex care and mental health services.

This is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast-growing sector, connecting outstanding talent with meaningful roles in care.Job Description:

  • Proactively source nurses and carers using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other modern recruitment channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles and screening candidates to arranging interviews and managing offers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified nurses and carers to fill current and future vacancies.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver bespoke recruitment strategies.
  • Represent our brand at recruitment events, job fairs, and within online care and healthcare communities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within the healthcare or social care sector.
  • A track record of successfully sourcing and placing nurses, carers, or healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with active headhunting techniques (Boolean search, social media recruitment, passive candidate engagement, etc.).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
