The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our dynamic Mathematics Department. You will play a crucial role in inspiring and engaging students, fostering their love for Maths, and ensuring they achieve their full potential. This position offers the opportunity to teach across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5, depending on your experience.


Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing regular feedback to help them excel.
Contribute to the development of innovative teaching resources and schemes of work.
Support the schools vision by promoting a positive learning environment and high expectations.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, CPD opportunities, and school-wide events.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching and learning within the department.


What Were Looking For:
A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
A strong passion for teaching Maths and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
Excellent subject knowledge and an understanding of current teaching methodologies.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
