About the Non-Qualified Maths Teaching Role:
In this role, you will deliver engaging and effective maths lessons, helping students to build confidence and achieve their potential. While formal teaching qualifications are not required, you should have strong subject knowledge and a commitment to fostering a love for mathematics. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities of a Non-Qualified Maths Teacher:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in mathematics, tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

About You
The ideal Non-Qualified Maths Teaching candidate will have:
A degree in mathematics or a related subject.
A genuine enthusiasm for education and the ability to communicate mathematical concepts effectively.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn and develop teaching skills, with training provided.
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
