About the Science Teacher Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. There is also the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be committed to raising standards and helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons in line with the curriculum

  • Inspire and motivate students to develop a passion for science

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

  • Contribute to the development of departmental resources and schemes of work

  • Participate in extracurricular activities and whole school events

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive learning environment

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Degree in Science or a related subject

  • Experience teaching Science at secondary school level (Key Stages 3 and 4)

  • Excellent classroom management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
