We are working on an exclusive basis with a number of schools in Enfield, Haringey and Barnet that are looking to build a localised pool of qualified Secondary Supply Teacher to form "bubbles" who can satisfy the supply needs across all subjects for the remainder of the academic year. Being assigned to a small number of schools on this basis will still facilitate up to a maximum 5 working days per week (although we also encourage applications for those who desire less). This is then backed up by our supply teacher guarantee which ensures you are paid (assuming you are available for work), even on days when schools do not need you.

You will be required to deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that have been planned and left by the regular class teachers. Your ability to build rapport with the students and staff alike is desirable. Flexibility and an appreciation of nimble working practices are essential to successful completion of your day as is the ability to manage class behaviour. Students respect and remember a good Supply Teacher and as such it will give you the opportunity to put down roots in Schools that will be happy to consider you for permanent subject specific teaching roles.
