The role

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with teachers, leading whole-class sessions, delivering small-group interventions, and supporting students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and interventions under the guidance of the class teacher.
  • Provide cover for teachers when required.

  • Experience in leading groups or whole-class sessions is desirable
