Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Enfield

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a secondary school in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity to positively impact education and support students' learning and development in a vibrant school environment. The position is available for an immediate start, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Role Overview: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience of students within the secondary school. You will collaborate closely with teaching staff, provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
