They have been established for over 40 years and off the back of building a strong reputation in the industry they are in an exciting growth period where they are looking to onboard new employees and help them further develop their career.In this role you will be joining the access control department and working closely with the management team. You will be responsible for preparation of annual PPM and compliance programme of works. You will also play a part in planning and co-ordination of direct labour (In-house and sub-contracted), whilst also updating programme works and current status of all projects. Some site visits may be required too but this will predominantly be throughout London.The ideal candidate will come from a access control / CCTV background and will have experience in dealing with large scale contracts, you will have experience in a contacts manager role within this sector. • Service and install a range of Door Entry, Warden Call, Automatic Door / Gate systems, CCTV systems (including IP/Networked), and Intruder Alarms.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to the above systems.
• To ensure that all aspects of Access Control/CCTV works including test and inspections/ compliance checks are carried out in accordance with current British Standards.
• To report on a daily basis to supervisor/manager on the status of all works within the Department and advise in good time, problems of time-scale or resources.
• Located within a patch of Enfield, Noth London (UK).

The Person:

• Experienced security engineer within the access control sector.
• Previous experience with Door Entry, Warden, Automatic Doors, CCTV and Alarms.
• Experience in team work and individual work within the domestic and commercial setting.
• Highly motivated to succeed individually and within a team environment.
• Located in or commutable to Enfield, North London (UK).
