Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with learning difficulties, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Help students develop social and emotional skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Track student progress and report back to teachers on areas for improvement.
We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:
- Experience working with children, especially those with additional learning needs.
