SEMH Learning Support Assistant | Job Summary
  • Up to £490 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
  • SEMH Learning Support Assistant Role commencing October 2024 till the end of the academic year
  • Opportunities to work alongside qualified Psychologists
  • Working 1-1 with children with various Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional Mental Health
  • Offering support in the students learning and social skills, building confidence up throughout the year
  • Supporting other children in the class as and when needed
  • Prior experience working with children with SEMH and SEN is desirable
The ideal SEMH Learning Support Assistant would have a degree in Psychology from a top UK University, and/or experience working with children with additional needs. You must have good basic Maths and English knowledge in order to support children who need the additional support correctly.
