Senior Parent Support Advisor, North London Pay rate – £26.01 per hour Contract role Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Senior Parent Support Advisor in North London. Responsibilities: 
  • Work as a Case Worker in the Change and Challenge Service [CCS] holding a complex caseload of families that meet the Troubled Families criteria.  
  • Coordinate, be lead facilitator, review and evaluate whole family interventions.  
  • To be the CCS liaison officer with a group of schools, maintain communication with them, and represent the CCS at meetings with the schools such as exclusion panels. Ensure that Schools know that you can screen all families that potentially meet the Troubled Families criteria.  
  • To do direct one to one and group work, at the CCS building, the family homes, other community venues with CCS clients [Adults and Children] who may display very difficult, challenging, angry and aggressive behaviour.  
  • To undertake all duties in relation to the provision of assessment, report writing, supervision and case management regarding all matters relating to CCS clients in accordance with Legislation, Local and National Standards and all relevant Enfield policies and procedures. To work with CCS Management to deliver a high-quality service to schools, partner agencies, parents/carers, their children and other members of their family, ensuring that we work towards the Troubled Families criteria.  
  • To work with CCS Management to deliver all CCS Plans and meet the highest standards in the Performance Management and Quality Assurance Framework.  
  • To be responsible for the delivery of efficient, comprehensive co-ordinated activities and referrals involving CCS clients with the objectives of meeting Local and National Troubled Families standards and within the aims and objectives of the Enfield CCS Business Plan.  
  • To maintain accurate and contemporaneous records of all activities in accordance with target objectives and national standards. Ensure that all relevant information systems are up to date with accurate data and information.  
  • Accuracy of records using a variation of different programmes and systems such as, Excel, Access, Liquid Logic, Civica etc
