Installations Manager
A fast growing specialised home adaptation company is seeking an Installations Manager
They are offering a comprehensive range of adaptations in the home.
These include:
- kitchen,
- bathroom
- access adaptations
- extensions, and interior
- re-design.
About the role:
Supervises installations of Adapted Bathrooms and Kitchens in our South London Contracts.
Candidates must be willing to open to travel London and the home counties
Responsibilities
• To lead a team of dedicated operatives
• Prioritise and re-schedule works
• Attend site regularly - pre/post inspections
• Ordering specialist materials in advance of works starting on-site
• Ensure all company policies are adhered to at all times
• Ensure projects are completed in line with KPI requirements
• Full UK driving Licence
• Minimum three years of Supervisory experience
