Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA

Salary up to £39,702 + £3,000 car allowance

NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Independent Fostering Agencies in the London area, in order to help them recruit for a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic fostering agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating.

They are using an integrated therapeutic model which will allow the Supervising Social Worker to work closely with therapists, other social workers, foster parents and educational experts, in order to ensure that the children and young people in their care receive the right treatment and support.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10 - 12 foster families located in Tottenham, Colindale, Leytonstone, Hackney, and some in Hertfordshire - Hoddesdon and Cheshunt.

The role is hybrid, offering you flexibility with your working hours. The office is in Enfield.

In this role, there is no expectation to complete Form F Assessments, as they use independent social workers. This means that the Supervising Social Worker will concentrate on supporting the foster families.

There is no Out of Hours either, as they have an out of hours team.

Requirements:
