Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor:
  • 1:1 and Group Support: Work closely with pupils to support positive behaviour and develop their social skills.
  • Intervention Strategies: Implement effective behaviour management plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Promote Inclusion: Foster a safe, supportive environment where every pupil feels understood and valued.
  • Mentor and Motivate: Be a positive role model, helping children develop resilience, confidence, and self-regulation skills.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a consistent approach to behaviour management.
