The Role
As an Operations Administrator, you will:

  • Take the lead on rota-planning across the organisation.
  • Generate and manage reports within our Rota-Management system, to steamline operational functions.
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action points for critical meetings, including Managers Meetings, Budget Meetings, LMC Meetings, and Best Practice Meetings, as well as meetings between senior leaders.
  • Collaborate in Service Performance meetings, assisting in reviewing and analysing data related to KPIs, LMC reports, and service actions plans. Provide detailed data to support Registered Manager supervisions.
  • Assist in creating and posting grab guides, flow charts, coaching tools, and team-buildiung materials on Microsoft platforms and the company's knowledge bank.
  • Act as the third person in investigation meetings, ensuring thorough documentation and support.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or social care settings.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic management systems.
