Experienced Social Care Assessor required for this full time role This is an exciting time to join The London Borough of Enfield as they continue to work in partnership with our Health Colleagues to develop and strengthen our services to vulnerable Adults in accordance with the Care Act 2014. Their friendly team consists of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Assessors, sharing best practice and driving innovation. You will be required to carry out timely reviews, to ensure that needs are met, short-term & long-term working closely with Health & MDT colleagues case management. You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of personal budgets. Ideal candidate to have recent experience with working with Older People, Physical Disabilities and Vulnerable Adults. The role requires quick and dynamic practitioner to work alongside the Review Team. Experience of eclipse system desirable.
