Fraser Edwards are working directly with a Property Maintenance Company to recruit for a Voids Supervisor working within social housing across the Enfield and surrounding areas.
Package:
- Basic Salary - 42,000- 45,000

Main Duties:
- Manage the performance of operatives and contractors to deliver contract objectives.
- Take ownership of company, client and contract processes. Assist the Contracts Manager in all aspects of void refurbishment activity.
- To assist the Contracts Manager in their duties as necessary. Responsibilities: Ensure the Health, Safety and welfare of staff and third parties through monthly toolbox talks and regular safety training
- Drive productivity, provide support and technical input to the management of staff and contractors.
- Monitor completed works daily and conduct a daily review of planning for future repairs/maintenance and planned works.
- Ensure that a high quality of service is delivered to clients and residents. Manage the performance of individuals.
- Support the Contracts Manager in meeting the contracts, sales, margin and cost targets on a job by job basis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within a Social Housing supervision role
- Full UK Manual Driving License
- 2+ Years Experience
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 42.5 Hours Per Week
