The successful candidate will bring a strong knowledge base, excellent communication skills, and at least two years' experience working within Youth Justice.Key Responsibilities:

Complete high-quality assessments using AssetPlus
Write Pre-Sentence Reports (PSRs), Referral Order and Breach reports
Deliver effective, sequenced interventions to reduce the risk of reoffending
Manage risk of harm to self and others
Safeguard vulnerable young people in line with legislation and policy
Liaise with multi-agency teams and contribute to case planning
Work flexibly, including occasional weekends and unsocial hours

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 2 years’ Youth Justice experience (applications without this will not be considered)
Proven experience in delivering youth justice interventions and assessments
Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and offending behaviour
Ability to write clear and structured statutory reports
Commitment to partnership working across agencies and disciplines
Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills

This role is subject to a rigorous interview process
Hybrid working available (subject to service needs)
