- Complete high-quality assessments using AssetPlus
- Write Pre-Sentence Reports (PSRs), Referral Order and Breach reports
- Deliver effective, sequenced interventions to reduce the risk of reoffending
- Manage risk of harm to self and others
- Safeguard vulnerable young people in line with legislation and policy
- Liaise with multi-agency teams and contribute to case planning
- Work flexibly, including occasional weekends and unsocial hours
- Minimum of 2 years’ Youth Justice experience (applications without this will not be considered)
- Proven experience in delivering youth justice interventions and assessments
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and offending behaviour
- Ability to write clear and structured statutory reports
- Commitment to partnership working across agencies and disciplines
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- This role is subject to a rigorous interview process
