We are partnering with an inclusive primary school in Enfield, seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their support team. The school has a significant number of students with special educational needs (SEN), so the role will primarily involve providing 1:1 support to students requiring additional help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Engage SEN students and encourage their participation in classroom activities.
  • Assist with reading, writing, and other key learning tasks.
  • Support the class teacher in lesson planning and classroom management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children (school experience is desirable but not essential).
  • Strong understanding of special educational needs.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
