We are currently recruiting confident and experienced Learning Support Assistants who can support students in mainstream primary schools with SEMH and autism.

The Role

We have multiple Learning Support Assistant roles available across North London primary schools to support pupils with both SEMH and autism on a 1 to 1 basis. These pupils can display challenging behaviour which can be both verbal and physical. We are looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants who have worked within SEND or PRU settings who can use their expertise to support these children to manage their emotions and behaviour and access learning and socialise with their peers.

You will need to have a calm and resilient approach and be able to build a strong rapport with children with SEMH and/or autism. You will receive support from senior management and teaching staff within the school.
